White Chocolate Caramel Cappuccino Cupcakes

Cupcakes


1 1/4 cups cake flour
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbs White Chocolate Caramel Cappuccino
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup buttermilk

Frosting

1 cup (2 sticks) Unsalted Butter (room temp)
5 cups Confectioners' Sugar
1/2 cup French Vanilla Cappuccino Powder
1/2 tsp Coffee Extract
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
